Can I use BikeTrax on several Smart devices at the same time?
Yes, you can use BikeTrax on multiple smartphones without any problems
Just log in to the app on each additional smartphone or tablet with the same user data that you used for the original BikeTrax installation
You can then see and control your BikeTrax on each device.
Would you like to share your BikeTrax with another user (account)?
You can also share your BikeTrax with other people.
The prerequisite is that the person also has a PowUnity user account.

I would like to share my BikeTrax with another user so that they can see my routes and location

To share the BikeTrax, proceed as follows:
- open the PowUnity app
- select the three stripes at the top left to open the menu
- with the cogwheel next to the tracker name in the BikeTrax settings.
- Now select "Share BikeTrax" and enter the email address with which the other user is registered with PowUnity.
- The other user receives an email with a link, which they can select via their smartphone. The BikeTrax is then displayed in their app.
Share remove:
- open the PowUnity app
- select the three stripes at the top left to open the menu
- with the cogwheel next to the tracker name in the BikeTrax settings.
- under "Share BikeTrax", select the user you want to delete
- now confirm with "delete" and the other user can no longer see your BikeTrax.
My BikeTrax has already been registered and cannot be added to my account. What should I do?
For security reasons, the BikeTrax can only be linked to one account at a time. If your BikeTrax is already registered, please contact the previous owner or bike dealer so that they can remove the BikeTrax from their account.
Once this is done, you can easily add BikeTrax to your own account.
Don't know the previous owner? No problem, just contact our support team and we will be happy to help you.
Please send us proof of purchase and a photo of the tracker with the BikeTrax ID (you will find this on the adhesive tag on the connection cable).

Yes, you can find our web app at the following URL.
Log in with the same data as for the smartphone app:

How do I install an existing account on a new mobile phone/smartphone?
If you move to a new mobile phone, simply install the app on your new device and log in with your usual user data.
All your data and settings will then also be available on your new device.
Problems logging in?
If the app was installed via a backup, there may sometimes be problems logging in.
In this case, simply uninstall the app, restart the smartphone and reinstall the app - then everything should work smoothly!
How do I activate or deactivate the security for my bike?
To secure your bike, simply tap the lock symbol in the app. Tapping the icon again deactivates the lock. The colours of the symbol indicate the current status:
- Blue (open lock): Your bike is currently unprotected and no alarm is triggered when it is moved.
- Green (closed lock): Your bike is secured! You will immediately receive an alarm on your smartphone if there is any movement.
- Red: The alarm has been triggered - your bike could be in danger!
When does a route start to appear in the route view?
The distance travelled is displayed in the route view if it takes longer than 5 minutes and if the distance covered is longer than 500 metres.
