Compressed Air Distribution
Pneumatic Manifolds & Distribution Blocks for Compressed Air Distribution
When a single inlet needs to supply multiple consumers, the right manifold determines flow performance, system layout and maintainability of your compressed air installation. STASTO carries the right range for pneumatic compressed air distribution – from compact cross manifolds and T-manifolds to multi-outlet blocks and robust stainless steel distribution rails. Deliver compressed air cleanly, clearly and with defined flow to every connection point.

Your Benefits
Why Choose STASTO Pneumatic Manifolds
From single distributors to stainless steel manifolds: choose the design that fits your installation geometry – with defined flow rates and the right connection threads.
From Single Manifold to Rail
Cross manifolds, T-manifolds, multi-port and coupling socket manifolds as well as manifold rails – all in one product range. Choose the design that matches your installation geometry.
Defined Flow Rates
Designs with documented flow values – depending on the series up to 18,000 Nl/min – help keep pressure losses in the distribution line to a minimum.
Materials for Your Application
Aluminium, brass or stainless steel 1.4301 depending on the series. The right material depends on the medium, environment and hygiene requirements.
Common Connection Threads
Outlets from M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8 up to G1/2 and 1″, depending on series and variant – compatible with your existing tubing and fittings.

Distributors & Manifolds at a Glance
From star-shaped distribution to in-line branching and organised multi-outlet manifolds – the right design for every compressed air distribution task.
Application Areas
Where Pneumatic Distributors Are Used
Whether workbench, production line or special-purpose machine – there is the right design for every distribution task.
Workshop & Assembly
Provide multiple take-off points at a workbench via coupling socket distributors or cross distributors, without running additional lines.
Production & Machinery
Manifold bars distribute compressed air neatly to multiple cylinders, valves and nozzles along a line – with defined spacing for a tidy tube routing.
Special-Purpose Machinery & Plant Engineering
T-fittings and multi-way distributors branch a supply line where installation space is limited.
Demanding Environments
Where corrosion resistance is required, versions in stainless steel 1.4301 are available depending on the variant; we are happy to clarify suitability for your application.
Process & Plant Technology
Multi-outlet and coupling socket manifolds reliably supply distributed consumers along a process plant with compressed air.
Durable Materials
Designs in brass, aluminium or stainless steel cover a wide range of requirements regarding media and environmental resistance.

Selection Guide
Choosing the Right Manifold
Which design suits your installation and what should you look for when selecting?
Which design for which application?
- Cross distributor
- Distribute from a central block to four outlets in a star pattern – compact and clear for a small number of consumers.
- T-distributor
- Branch off a continuous line; ideal when the supply line continues and individual outlets need to be tapped.
- Multiple distributor
- Combine many small push-in connections in a tight space – ideal directly at the actuator.
- Manifold rails
- The solution for many identical outlets in a row, for example along a machine.
What to look for when selecting?
- Port size & outlets
- Match inlet thread, number and size of outlets to your tubing (M5 to 1″, depending on series).
- Flow rate
- With many or large consumers, ensure sufficient flow rate to avoid pressure drops.
- Pressure range
- Compare the operating pressure of your system with the permissible pressure of the selected series (depending on variant).
- Material & environment
- Aluminium, brass or stainless steel depending on the medium, corrosion and hygiene requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which Pneumatic Manifold for Which Application?
Answers to the most common questions about manifolds and manifold rails.
What is the difference between a manifold fitting and a manifold rail?
A manifold (e.g. cross or tee type) splits one inlet into a few outlets on a compact fitting, whereas a manifold rail lines up many identical outlets along a profile. Manifold rails are ideal when numerous connection points need to be supplied along a machine.
Which port thread sizes are available?
Depending on the series and variant, sizes range from M5 through G1/8, G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2 up to 1″. The exact thread size and outlet configuration are specified on each individual variant.
What is the maximum operating pressure of the manifolds?
This depends on the series; several designs are rated for inlet pressures up to 16 bar. Please refer to the respective product for the binding pressure range.
Are manifold rails available in stainless steel?
Yes, depending on the series and variant, versions in stainless steel 1.4301 are available. These are suitable for environments with higher corrosion resistance requirements.
Are custom versions available?
Yes, manifold rails with a custom number of outlets, non-standard outlet spacing or special materials are available on request. Send us your specifications – we will identify the right solution.
